Jeopardy Cheat Sheet

Dear Sunday School Class, I hope you decided to prepare for our game of 183 Annual General Conference Jeopardy tomorrow, because if I win, I'm going to eat all of the treats.   Here are things I would look up, or read about on the church's conference website,  https://www.lds.org/general-conference/sessions/2013/04?lang=eng .   Remember, you can use any of the notes you have in your class notebooks, but you can't use any phones, tablets, or ipods. Who were the speakers during the sessions, their names, and leadership positions. Any talks given by the Prophet, especially any interesting childhood stories. The color of the choir's dresses and ties, and maybe the ties of the general authorities too while you're looking. Someone used a book as a prop during his talk, I would write that down. Statistics for last year that were given during Saturday Afternoon session, there might be multiple questions from those, and bonus points. Did anyone else not

Spiritual Sunday #1

 How does the Holy Ghost Help Me Learn? New weekly post...I hope. =)  With the changes to the Sunday School curriculum for the youth I am going to work on keeping better notes during the week while I study the topics and prepare.  My new class is the 12-13 year olds and my new teaching partner is also a returned missionary.  She's great.  This month's topic is The Godhead.  Our focus is to teach them how to be better learners and better teachers.  So I felt like this topic was the most important one to learn first to help us all be better learners through the rest of the year. As I thought about this topic over the last week and wondered what would be most important for my class to learn I had a lot of different thoughts.  But, in true Come Follow Me fashion, my lesson didn't include any of the amazing ideas I thought I had come up with earlier in the week.  It ended up being much simpler.
